The Kung Pao Scallops at Fu-Shing are super-delicious. Keep in mind that anything ordered "kung pao" is spicy, and this falls in line with all that is kung-pao. The spicy rich sauce laden with chiles, scallion and plenty of peanuts was flavorful and plentiful. I must add that I was very much impressed by the quality of scallops used in this dish. They were large and succulent, and to a foodie like me, perhaps just a little bit overcooked, but not enough to change the quality of this dish.
The portion is large enough to serve two and is accompanied by your choice of steamed or fried rice and an eggroll. If you eat in the restaurant, you get soup, but if you take it home, the soup stays.
