I noticed that Talia likes to layer lots of everything but this dish was layered pretty well. It's almost a Turducken version of sea food, layered with sea bass, shrimp, lemon sauce. I don't know what else was hidden under there. I only had a few bites. The presentation was nice and my date loved it.
