Rabbit, Veal & Pork Sausage /

This sausage was listed under the "Exotics" section of the menu. It had a mild flavor and was served on a freshly baked roll. You can choose two toppings: caramelized onions, sweet peppers, spicy peppers & sauerkraut. I ordered mine with caramelized onions and a side of Belgian fries. I chose the chipotle aioli dipping sauce for the fries and would come back just for that sauce! As if selecting from the 20 different sausages and 10 dipping sauces wasn't difficult enough, they offer an extensive list of Belgian & German beers to complement your meal.
